1. Film(polymide heater): it is one of the earliest polyimide commodities. It is used for slot insulation of motor and cable wrapping material. The transparent polyimide film can be used as a soft solar cell base plate.
2. Coating(polymide heater): used as insulating paint for electromagnetic wire or as high temperature resistant coating.
3. Advanced composite materials(polymide heater): used for aerospace, aircraft and rocket components. It is one of the most high temperature resistant structural materials. For example, the supersonic passenger plane of the United States plans to design a speed of 2.4m, a surface temperature of 177 ℃ during flight, and a required service life of 60000h. It is reported that 50% of the structural materials have been determined to be carbon fiber reinforced composites with thermoplastic polyimide as the matrix resin, and the consumption of each aircraft is about 30t.
4. Fiber: the elastic modulus is second only to carbon fiber. It is used as filter material and bulletproof and fireproof fabric for high-temperature medium and radioactive substances.
5. foam plastics: used for high temperature and heat insulation materials.
6. Engineering Plastics: there are thermosetting and thermoplastics. Thermoplastics can be molded, injection molded or transfer molded. It is mainly used for lubrication, sealing, insulation and structural materials. Guangcheng polyimide materials have been applied to compressor rotating blades, piston rings, special pump seals and other mechanical parts.
