With the continuous development of science and technology, the types of heating are gradually becoming diversified, and the formation of coal-fired The three heating methods are mainly gas heating, resistance wire heating, and electromagnetic induction heating. The continuous changes in heating methods have brought huge impacts and changes to traditional enterprise factories.



The first category: resistance heating

Traditional resistance heating is a device that heats objects through heat transfer. It uses the heat generated by the resistance of the conductor when the current passes through the conductor to heat the workpiece or material. There is no open flame burning and no waste discharge, but its no-load in the working process is larger, so the power consumption is also larger; secondly, the resistance wire will be aging due to high temperature, and it needs to be replaced regularly and has a short life. The temperature during heating generally does not exceed 300°C, which cannot achieve super-high-power heating, and once the number of electric heating tubes increases, the structure becomes more complicated, which increases the probability of failure. The resistance type will also have abnormal high temperature and electric leakage during the heating process, which is easy to burn and electric shock, and its safety is poor.



The second category: heating by coal-fired and gas-fired boilers

Due to my country's abundant coal resources, most domestic production enterprises have formed a heating mode with coal-fired heating as the normal state at the beginning of reform and opening up. At the same time, abundant coal resources make the price of coal relatively low. Therefore, the use of coal-fired boilers is the most economical heating method. However, in the process of rapid economic development of our country, problems such as low energy utilization rate, irrational consumption structure, and intensified contradiction between supply and demand have become increasingly prominent, and the ecological environment is deteriorating. The cost of pollution will exceed our imagination. Therefore, the country is vigorously controlling pollution at this stage, and large-scale coal-fired boilers have been completely banned. Secondly, the efficiency of the combustion heating boiler itself can be relatively high (full combustion), but the efficiency of the medium absorbed is low, and a large amount of heat energy is removed from the smoke. Road emissions form reactive power consumption, and energy waste is large.



The third category: electromagnetic induction heating

Electromagnetic induction heating started late in my country, but it has already been fully used abroad. The initial investment cost of electromagnetic heaters is relatively higher than that of coal-fired boilers and resistance heating, and it consumes more electricity. However, its high heating efficiency and fast heating speed can save a lot of pre-heating time. The electromagnetic heating coil itself does not generate heat, and it is made of insulating materials and high-temperature cables, so there is no problem that the resistance wire of the original electric heating coil oxidizes at high temperature and shortens the service life. It has a long service life and no maintenance, etc. Advantages, reducing maintenance time, reducing labor and raw material costs. Users can basically recover the installation cost of the electromagnetic heater within one or two years. The industry has a wide range of applications and a small area.
