The 12V 3D printer flexible polyimide film heater has a high degree of chemical resistance and has excellent degassing performance in a high vacuum environment.
Polyimide is an organic polymer with very high dielectric capacity and thin profile, while having excellent resistance to most solvents, oils and radiation. Combining these features, kapton heaters are ideal for applications where space and weight are limited, or applications where the heater will be exposed to chemicals or oil. Kapton foil heaters can also easily visually inspect the internal structure. Pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing surface is standard configuration, but special adhesives can be customized or installed according to customer requirements
